I'll see what happens from there. The guy fiddled around walking in and out. Then he finally said he don't know why they sent him because he wasn't qualified to do this stuff. Wow...something a customer really wants to hear especially since it's dealing with their electrical work. Anyway, a few days later, they sent someone else and it was fixed.
There are reasons why an author may 'not confirm' an email account. The primary reason is because they want to stay completely anonymous, they do not want to risk any reprisal. Or they could be a whistleblower, employee or ex-employee insider who doesn’t want to be discovered. I was told that I was on the schedule but that they did not service my area so they were not sure when they would have someone out. I purchsed my home from 2 years ago..They use materials and products that do not last. The first thing that happened is they did not listen to my wife or myself during the installation of the stairs or the A/C.
The salesperson was never an issue at all...ok...just once...but it wasn't his fault. We upgraded everything we could think of...carpet, appliances, windows, skylite, ect. So, we contacted him about getting wrap all the way around the house. He called the factory, and called us back and said it would get done. I started contacting Nobility homes again on July 29th after Nobility had been out to my house in May to correct the problems we are having. On July 29, 2014 I told them the crack in my ceiling was back and that my carpet was starting to fray and that my dish washer was not working properly.

I understand that manufactured homes are made rather cheaply but I had no idea of the nightmare I had just purchased. I won'T go into the little things....only the one main problem I had since the day it was delivered and setup. It has literally flooded inside my home because of this. Nobility sent the same roofer out so many times, I have forgotten count. It leaks to this day and I live with buckets on the floor including my bed now.

I was told by the salesperson to just pay the deductible and replace the carpet myself and they put cheap carpet in them anyways. I did not feel that after only having the house less than a year I should have to do any of that myself, I feel it is there responsibility. All business will get complaints.
This employer has not claimed their Employer Profile and is missing out on connecting with our community. Well, the home was delivered on a Wednesday and it took them no time at all to get everything in order. It should also be known that in America everyone has a First Amendment Right to Free Speech, even if that speech is less than flattering. A program that benefits the consumer, assures them of complete satisfaction and confidence when doing business with a member business.

Due to a mini stroke, I lost my good job and have no way to fix it. I tried contacting Nobility out of desparation to no avail. Not even the VA has any programs or help for me.
I guess he saw the card with our last name and knew who we were. He informed me to send my phone bill with the $150 charge on it, and he would talk to his supervisor. Was a supervisor from what I was told? I lost his fax number, but plan on sending it by mail along with pictures of the chopped up phone wires.
How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest. Prestige / Nobility is the absolute WORSE Company in Florida!!!! Biggest mistake we ever made giving them our trust and money.
We started the process of purchasing our home somewhere in Sept. or Oct. of 2007. We had been to plenty of dealerships, looked, and looked and finally come across Prestige sales. We had open communication with the salesperson. It was delivered within almost 2 months of putting our deposit down.
Sold me a beautiful home but unfinished half the electricity isn't working the punch list has not been started and its been more than four months.
So, the phone guy asked to check the kitchen line . This is the best way to manage and repair your business reputation. Hiding negative complaints is only a Band-Aid. Consumers want to see how a business took care of business. Get more reviews from your customers with Birdeye. That company that installed it came right out as soon as we called.
